Sonova Retail, USA - Recruitment Kit

Background

 

The ability of hearing care organizations to attract audiological and front office talent is critical to success and growth. Given our relationship with Connect Hearing USA, we were asked to assist their HR Department in the development of a "HR Brand" and a range of materials that would make Sonova stand out from the crowd at recruitment, education, and audiological expos around the country.

Execution

 

We agreed that new brand style should be "fun" and "inclusive". Rather than hide from fact that Sonova Retail USA was owned by a huge global hearing aid company, we instead wanted to position this as a strength. Candidates would benefit from the company's global standing, including:-

  • Career growth opportunities
  • Incredible support from a company with strong HR systems and processes
  • Diversity within the organization is a strength
  • Leverage the charity work perfomed by the company globally
  • Paid externship programs

 

Materials

As shown in the examples shown above, we created a HR Marketing Kit consisting of:-

  • Fliers
  • Pull up banners
  • Posters
  • Desktop banners
  • Door clings (stickers) to be placed on windows of hearing centers to attract front office staff.
