Newsletters

Background

For the purposes of retention and maximizing lifetime values, it’s important to maintain dialogue with our clients – even when we’re not trying to sell them something.

Newsletters are a great way to engage with clients and share important information about the latest in hearing care, hearing technology, and treatments, or simply to help them feel connected to your team in a more personal way.

What can be included?

While newsletters can include features that will lead clients to contact you, they must not come across as “sell, sell, sell”.
We will work with you to find the right mix of:-

  • Latest research in hearing care, shared in the most simple and digestible form possible
  • Client testimonials. We’re experts in interviewing people and writing up stories that are warm, funny, and entertaining.
  • Latest technology features
  • Hearing aid clean and checks
  • Earwax removal
  • Tinnitus treatments
  • Sound occluding custom ear protection
  •  “Meet the team” stories
  • Special offers or upcoming event invitations
  • Interesting news about your organization
  • Communication tips
  • And so much more!

Print, email, or social media... what should we do?

The time it takes to develop substantive content is similar, regardless of how you deliver news and information.

Fulfilment of printed newsletters is more expensive, but they are more impactful, valued, and likely to be read in depth and retained by Clients. Nevertheless, we would recommend an integrated approach.

Content that was developed for the printed materials can be reiterated through online outlets, such as through:

  •  Stories added to your website as “News” blogs that provide ways for readers to respond.
  • Social media posts (Facebook and Instagram) that can be published over time, which link to your website and create a call-to-action
  •  eBlasts sent to Clients who have provided email addresses and are happy to be contacted in this way.

QR Codes

Whenever we 're running a feature that we want people Clients to respond to (e.g. free trials of the latest technology), we should include a QR code linking to an online landing page to allow them to easily respond.
